long check-in wrong room
The food selection was acceptable. It had many options.
The check-in took over an hour, quite long. i was put in the wrong room initially. It was not the one i paid for. it was disappointing that resolving this issue took so much time and effort. I expected better service.

my room was clean the bed was comfortable. the breakfast selection was excellent the food was tasty. i loved the warm plunge pool on the balcony i also appreciated the restricted view.
i experienced late luggage delivery it took considerable time to get my room service order. the hotel was very noisy.

the hotel's location provides convenient access to nearby attractions it made exploration easy. the proximity to various dining options is a plus it allowed trying local flavors. transport links are readily available for exploring the city.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with treadmills and stationary bikes it allowed for workouts. the pool area includes numerous loungers it offered a relaxing space. there is a dedicated kids' club with scheduled activities available.

the hotel offers diverse dining experiences with several on-site restaurants available. the breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices it included international options. there is also a poolside bar which serves refreshing drinks during the day.

the staff members provide prompt room service they ensured needs were met quickly. the reception is always available to assist guests and answer questions.

a decent stay
helpful staff high floor room tour room readiness missing equipment long wait
elizabeth at check in was helpful i think. she gave us a room on a high floor i know. lia showed us our room and told us about the hotel to me. this cost money but it was alright i think.
the room was not ready when it should be i saw. i had to wait three hours more you see. the apartment had no cooking equipment it is true. i called about this many times to get them.
