The food selection was acceptable. It had many options.
The check-in took over an hour, quite long. i was put in the wrong room initially. It was not the one i paid for. it was disappointing that resolving this issue took so much time and effort. I expected better service.

my room was clean the bed was comfortable. the breakfast selection was excellent the food was tasty. i loved the warm plunge pool on the balcony i also appreciated the restricted view.
i experienced late luggage delivery it took considerable time to get my room service order. the hotel was very noisy.

elizabeth at check in was helpful i think. she gave us a room on a high floor i know. lia showed us our room and told us about the hotel to me. this cost money but it was alright i think.
the room was not ready when it should be i saw. i had to wait three hours more you see. the apartment had no cooking equipment it is true. i called about this many times to get them.
